Today we will gather to join in a Bread Sharing Celebration, now common in many UU congregations. Through story, music, personal sharing and sampling one another’s bread, we have the opportunity to learn more about one another,
create lasting memories, and honor the diversity reflected in our congregation. You are invited to bring bread, preferably cut in bite-size pieces, to share with the congregation. If the bread you bring has significance to your family, or your ethnic, cultural or religious heritage, you are invited to share that. If the bread is gluten- free, vegan, etc., please label it for those who have special dietary considerations.
This Sunday we will also kick off our UU Service Committee “Guest At Your Table” program and distribute the GAYT boxes. Watch this space for more information.
