As we consider our theme of Story, in a time of many challenges, Rev. Alice is reminded of her own story of a trip to Egypt which included a middle of the night climb to catch the sunrise from the top of Mt Sinai. This Sunday, Rev. Alice shares the story and some reflections, as she looks back on that adventure. Rev. Alice notes, “Although it is not part of my story, I remember my time in Egypt and Israel while feeling intense heartbreak over the horrific violence happening now.”
