UUCP delivered more than two dozen blankets and at least 50 individual hygiene items to Children’s Home Society (CHS) for distribution to homeless and runaway youth this winter.

Youth are served by CHS in their Street Solutions youth outreach program. “We are so grateful for the donations,” said CHS program manager Kelli Foster. “They will serve many youth in our program.”

UUCP previously collected toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, and coats for youth in the same program.
