As a patient-governed FQHC, Community Health Northwest Florida reflects the mission of this movement by delivering comprehensive, affordable healthcare care. With continued federal support and a strong commitment to health justice, Community Health Northwest Florida plays a vital role in expanding access to primary care and addressing health disparities in the region.

This Service is the recipient of our 5th Sunday “Pass the Plate”  donation to a non-profit organization.
