Paying Attention to Nature: UUCP Creators Celebrate Creation

We all honor our natural world by noticing, enjoying, and savoring its myriad beauties and quirks. Writers and artists often reflect this tendency—which can be a spiritual practice—in their arts, from the seemingly silly to the sublime, the playful to the profound, and sometimes all mixed. Our emphasis today is poetry and prose by several long-term members: Margaret McLarin, Charlotte Crane, Pam Levitt and Dolly Berthelot. In lieu of a sermon, Dolly will share her growing fascination with clouds thru a poem, a slide show of her recent iPhone photos (Magical Moments © Dolly Berthelot 2019) and her latest fantasy story, “Cherubs Playing in the Clouds.” © Dolly Berthelot 2019.
