Want to know what’s happening at UUCP? Want to plan an event, or coordinate your UUCP activities with other things on your calendar? Our church calendar is digital, and there are three ways to view the calendar.

2) Simple Church website (requires log in with your assigned username and password)

3) Simple Church free app downloadable in your device’s App Store: once installed, you’ll have the entire Church Directory on your phone and can text and make phone calls easily from the app.
If you want to add an event to calendar, make sure you are working with a Ministry Team and/or contact our Office Administrator Terra Shute to assist. Coordinating our events is so important to avoid conflicts.
Simple Church FAQs
Q – Do I need a username and a password?
A – Yes, you do. There are several easy ways to get one, or if you’ve forgotten yours, get another. Go to:
1) uupensacola.simplechurchcrm.com (this is our domain name) HINT – Don’t forget the ‘c r m’ in the address.
2) Click on “Forgot Password.” When asked, be sure to use your email address that is in the church directory.
3) Check your email. You should have received an email that will contain your username and a temporary password.
HINT – the email will have “login here” in the text.
4) At the login page, enter the username and password that was in the email.
HINT – don’t forget the ‘.’ (period) between your first and last name.
5) If you wish, change your password to something more your liking. You can do that by clicking on the “Account” tab.
HINT – don’t forget to click on the “SAVE” button at the bottom of the page.
Q – I didn’t get my picture taken, can I upload my own? A – Yes, you can.
Q – I can see a record of my financial contributions to the church on my page. Can other people see that too?
A – NO – only you, the Treasurer, Office Admin and Membership Chair can see that information.
Q – Will I still receive a giving statement in January for my taxes?
A – YES – it may be emailed. IF you don’t have an email or want a paper copy, get in touch with Treasurer Erin Renfroe.
Q – Can I update my address, phone, email, etc.?
A – YES you can, just click on the EDIT tab. Don’t forget to click the ”SAVE” button at the bottom of the page.
Q – I just submitted an update; it isn’t showing yet.
A – Updates sit in a holding area for a day or so before you see them on your page. This is so the changes can also be made on other documents – like the printed Directory.
Q – I have a smart phone, can I use the APP?
A – YES. Just download it from your usual app store – it’s FREE. ENTER our domain name (see #1 above). Log in.
Q – How do I get to the calendar?
A – On the dark blue bar towards the top of the screen, on the RIGHT HAND side, you’ll see an icon that looks like a calendar page. Just click.
Q – How do I get back to the PEOPLE?
A – On the dark blue bar towards the top of the screen, the very last thing is the word “PEOPLE”. Just click.
