Dolly Berthelot speaks before the UUCP Time Capsule is reburied. The Time Capsule was resealed and buried on April 8th. It’s planned to be unsealed during our 75th Anniversary in 2023. Dolly and her late husband, Ron, organized the original 30th and 50th anniversary capsules. He made the tube, which was used for the third time, and the concrete chalice maker, now beside our patio.
